At Turnme.ai, we value:

To help you understand our expectations, we’ve detailed:

  1. The behaviors and content that are not allowed on Turnme.ai
  2. How we moderate them
  3. Guidelines on the Media and Models that you can generate

These Community Standards are part of our Terms. As a user with a registered account on Turnme.ai, you are committed to respecting them (see section 6.4 of the Terms). This document is dynamic: it may be modified for operational, legal, or safety reasons.

🚨 Any misconduct may result in an account suspension or deletion depending on its seriousness. 🚨

So, read carefully 😉

1. What Type of Content and Behaviors are Prohibited

The idea that the frontier of civilized society ends when people connect on the Internet is false. On the Internet, just like in real life, there are rules that everyone must respect.

Abuse, Harassment, and Bullying

We have a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of abuse or harassment. You may not create, share, or interact with content that:

Child Exploitation

Any content or behavior involving the exploitation of minors, including child sexual exploitation, is strictly forbidden. This includes images, depictions, or commentary that promotes or normalizes such content.

Hateful Content

Hate speech or content that incites violence or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics is prohibited.

You are also prohibited from uploading certain symbols, like Nazi iconography. The publication of such content may constitute, in certain cases, the offense of an apology for crimes against humanity.

Intellectual Property

Just because a medium is freely available online and does not show the sign © does not mean it is not copyrighted. When you browse the web to create new Media and Models on Turnme.ai, take some time to assess:

If in doubt, do not use that medium. You may not use Turnme.ai to share content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. This includes using the visual model to generate content based on copyrighted images, artwork, or designs without permission. Respect for creators’ rights is critical to fostering a thriving creative community.

Non-consensual Nudity and Sexual Content

We do not allow pornography on Turnme.ai.

The sharing of non-consensual nudity, sexually explicit images, or any content that sexualizes or exploits individuals without their consent, like revenge porn, sexual harassment, or slut-shaming, is prohibited.

Privacy and Data Protection

You may not share content that discloses personal information of others without their explicit consent. This includes names, addresses, phone numbers, or any other non-public personal data.

You are not allowed to train Models to impersonate others for phishing or other scam-related purposes. Respect for others' privacy is essential to maintaining trust and safety on Turnme.ai.

Suicide, Self-harm, and Harm to Others

Content that promotes, encourages, or glorifies self-harm, suicide, or harm to others is strictly prohibited. We do not allow content that advocates these behaviors or encourages users to harm themselves or others. If you or someone you know is in need of support, we encourage you to seek help from appropriate services.

Terrorism-related Content

We do not accept content that glorifies, promotes, or incites acts of terrorism or provides instructions for terrorist activities.

Illegal Activity

You may not share or generate content that promotes or facilitates illegal activities, including but not limited to drug use, human trafficking, terrorism, or fraud.

2. Turnme.ai’s Moderation Procedure

Pre-publication Moderation

At Turnme.ai, we want to keep things safe and positive for everyone. That's why we've implemented an AI tool that automatically scans content for anything illicit or contrary to our Community Standards. This helps us prevent inappropriate content from being published, keeping our community a great place for all users!

If our AI tool blocks your content, we'll let you know. If you think we made a mistake, please reach out to us at contact@turnme.ai and explain why.

Post-publication Moderation

If you see something inappropriate or illegal, you can let us know easily! Here's how to report content:

Don't have an account? No problem! Just email us at contact@turnme.ai with details about the content you want to report. This could include:

What Happens After You Report

Balancing freedom of speech and user safety is a constant challenge for Turnme.ai. While we want to encourage creativity and the spread of ideas, we also need to protect our users.

The law requires us to delete “manifestly illegal content,” which is content where it is evident to a layperson, without any substantive analysis, that it is illegal.

Examples:

  1. If a user informs us of defamatory content, we will ask the author for an explanation. If the author asserts the content is not defamatory but true (and it does not appear exaggerated), we may not remove it, as we are not the judge of truth. The notifying user may need to sue the author personally.
  2. If a user informs us of copyright-infringing content, we will question the content source and ask for any proof of copyright authorization. If the user cannot provide it, we will promptly remove the content from Turnme.ai.

3. User Responsibility When Generating Media and Models

The AI Base Model provided on Turnme.ai offers powerful tools for creativity, but users must exercise responsibility in how they generate and share Media and Models.

Take a moment to consider what someone's reaction might be if you tell them, “I created an AI Model to generate media of you in awkward situations.” If there is a chance they would react poorly, then don't proceed. Anytime you train a Model of someone else, we recommend obtaining their consent. Write it down if you can.

You may not use Turnme.ai to:

By using our services, you agree to ensure that the content you create respects these standards and the rights of others.
